PROJECTS
The 5th project completed for Square by Artisan. We managed all phases of this project from lease negotiation and initial budgeting to Architect (Cannon) and General Contractor (Tarlton) selection through final closeout.
The roof for the bottling plant at the Historic Lemp Brewery needed a rescue. Artisan priced multiple iterations of the project ultimately landing on douglass fir from Washington state to maintain the historic nature of the roof.
Square needed their 17,000 SF office designed, priced and completed in 12 weeks. Artisan teamed up with HOK and delivered.
Artisan budgeted build-out costs for several locations before Core States Group found the right combination of environment and life cycle costs.
