The 5th project completed for Square by Artisan. We managed all phases of this project from lease negotiation and initial budgeting to Architect (Cannon) and General Contractor (Tarlton) selection through final closeout.
The roof for the bottling plant at the Historic Lemp Brewery needed a rescue. Artisan priced multiple iterations of the project ultimately landing on douglass fir from Washington state to maintain the historic nature of the roof.
